Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Elizabeth Evans can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Elizabeth Hazel Evans
Entered into rest on Monday, February 5, 2018 at her home near Kirkfield. Hazel Evans (nee Moore) in her 72nd year was the beloved wife and best friend of Clifford Evans. Dear step-mother of Carol Anne Evans and her husband Aaron Gartner of Oshawa and is pre-deceased by her step-son, Lance Evans (2016). Loving step-grandma of Tyler, Soyer and Kayla. Hazel will be missed by her brother-in-law John Calvert of Lindsay and his children Carrie Calvert (Rob Alpvater) and Cory Calvert. Private arrangements have been entrusted to JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. W, Fenelon Falls. If desired memorial donations in memory of Hazel may be directed to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes.
